Terms of purchase – Complaints

1. Generally

These terms and conditions apply to purchases from Mattheos Selections via our website. By making a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions and our processing of personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Shipping costs are added and will be displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed. Payment is made via secure payment solutions such as card, Swish or Klarna.

3. Delivery time

Vi behandlar och skickar din beställning inom 1–3 arbetsdagar. Normal leveranstid inom Sverige är 2–5 arbetsdagar. Under högsäsong kan leveransen ta något längre tid.

4. Fraktkostnader

Shipping costs depend on the shipping option chosen and are clearly stated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to promotions or purchases over a certain amount.

Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. The product must be returned in its original condition – unopened, unbroken and in its original packaging. NOTE: Food and sealed goods (e.g. honey, olive oil or other edible products) are not covered by the right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken. Opened products cannot therefore be returned for hygiene and health reasons.

2. How to return

Contact us at [your email address] within 14 days of receiving the item and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will get back to you with instructions and a return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping and ensuring the item is properly packaged. We do not accept cash on delivery returns.

3. Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount (excluding shipping) within 7 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Complaints

If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to complain about the product according to the Consumer Sales Act. Contact us immediately with a picture and description and we will help you with a replacement, new product or refund.
