Strawberry tree honey

Strawberry tree honey is a rare and exclusive honey harvested late in the year, when bees collect nectar from the flowering strawberry tree (Arbutus unedo). This plant grows naturally as a shrub or tree in the mountainous regions of Greece, giving the honey its characteristic taste of mild bitterness and rich aroma.

It comes from Paleo Panteleimonas, a traditional mountain village surrounded by untouched nature, where the clean environment and rich flora create perfect conditions for this unique honey.
